I started running seriously when I was 14. Initially running was just to supplement my Badminton games. It was just to give me more endurance and speed for the game. After my form 3 exams I just lost touch with Badminton but I kept the running on. I started this running streak 6 years ago and I haven’t stopped since. This journal is just a little spot on the internet for me to record my daily runs. It also serves as a place to record how I feel generally about running and health. Hopefully it won’t bore you guys to death.
