Freaking good run

Posted by rlog on July 10, 2007

Had a good solid run tonight. Felt strong and the stupid sciatica pain wasn’t as pronounced. Funny how sometimes turning your running route topsy turvy can do wonders to your slagging running spirit. Having so much activities at hand that running in the morning is practically impossible, but if all night runs turns out to be this good maybe it’s worth the switch after all ?

night running

Posted by rlog on July 5, 2007

So damn busy these few days I am running at almost 2 am daily. Although it’s a nice change of scenery but I worry about the hazards of running at these times especially from muggers and such. Aside from that running during this time is superb and there isn’t much carbon monoxide in the air.
