Been making a point to clamber up the stairs to my office everyday and the lrt’s long flight of stairs. It seems to be doing my legs some good as now I find running up stairs easier and get less winded.
Morning : A fast hazy 4km

Getting less sleep really puts on the brakes on those miles. In the morning the legs refuses to participate on the daily runs and trys to sabotage the runs with aches and pains. Really un-fun ! With the level of entertainment we are deluged with daily plus the daily work load, I wonder if nearly the whole damn city is filled with chronically sleep deprived zombies ! Just don’t feel up to the run with so little sleep down the hatch I just wonder how those uber sleep cycle peeps do it.

The haze situation is worsening with the sky a steady consistency of yellowy milky pea soup. It’s really worrying, especially with the fasting month half way through, so I cut down the runs to even shorter ones.
Really hate that. Hate the fact too that those bozos in Indonesia burns and we are the one here choking. Isn’t there anything that can be done ?!
Morning : 3 km

Thought of avoiding the haze by hitching a ride back to Kuantan. Little did I know the haze seemed to have snaked it’s way and followed me back to Kuantan ! It’s not much better there, and running my normal runs leaves me with a really dry throat.
Morning : 4 rounds (Near Gelora park)
