Runs are getting harder. Second day on this bone breaking, stomach acid raising fruit fast. Runs are just getting slower by the day because I just cannot muster enough energy to complete the course in a faster pace …
Morning : 4km
One more day !!

First day on a special fast, supposedly will get rid of my body’s ailments ( besides the damned neck pain, I am pretty much okay ). This fast means that when everybody else breaks fast at 7.00pm plus I cannot eat anything else but fruit+vege juice for 3 days ! I just hope I can make it intact !

Completely lost track of time during my run in Gelora today. Started on a slow run at 11 something ended up close to 1 ! I wanted to go one more but thought better of it. One of the upsides of running in gelora is that there is so much scenery that you tend to get lost in it. I guess that is the upside and the downside of it.
Today woke up with a monster headache too … I have really given up hope on finding what is the cause of this constant headache. The family doc said that if this carries on that I would have to get admitted to the GH to go for a head scan ! Great ! Just great ! More hospitals. Just what I need ! I have really had my fair shares of hospitals, but knock on wood nothing serious. First there was that motorcycle accident which I looked far worse than I felt, then that close brush with allergy which turns out to be nothing.

Busy day today. Sometimes I go on runs daily and I just go into this autopilot (autorunner ?) mode and I don’t even remember anything about the run !

Damn ! Waking up in the morning and my body is full of aches and pains. My left side is usually the one with the problem.

If you are stuck in a rut running your normal route but backwards ( start from the same place but go the other way ) is nice way to freshen and not to mention make your normal distance “seem” shorter.

Felt hungry today during the run. Normally even on a fast I don’t really feel hungry. Bleh, amway positrim doesn’t really agree with olde’ tum i guess. Had to cut back on the milage today as I have to get to office early and because of the fast. Saw on astro about this indian monk who haven’t ate or drank in years and walks around like 200km per week. It seems that each time there is urine in his bladder, it would magically disappear as his body absorbs the water back into his system. This is the reason he claims that he does not have the need to drink like other people. What about food … eugh don’t even get me started on that line of thought !!
